Job Description

Kalamazoo, Michigan, General Summary Leads the development and execution of ticket sales strategies to optimize revenue and enhance the fan experience for ticketed athletic events. Focuses on season, group, and single game ticket sales while collaborating with leadership to support overall attendance and revenue goals. Provides innovative, results driven direction to advance ticket sales initiatives and strengthen audience engagement. Major Duties Assists with developing and executing comprehensive ticket sales plans to achieve annual revenue goals. Implements strategies to increase season, group, and single game ticket sales and support attendance growth. Contributes to the planning and execution of ticket sales initiatives for major events and collaborates with leadership on premium ticket sales efforts. Identifies, develops, and maintains relationships with prospective and existing ticket holders through strategic outreach and engagement efforts, including calls, hospitality interactions, appointments, events, and community activities. Focuses on generating new sales, supporting retention, and increasing long term customer value through consistent, high quality service and relationship management. Collaborates with internal partners to support ticketing initiatives that enhance sales and revenue growth. Contributes to coordinated campaigns and engagement strategies that align with broader departmental goals. Ensures compliance with all applicable organizational, conference, and governing body policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned by leadership. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution Two years’ relevant experience. Experience in sales, premium hospitality or revenue generation. Experience with seasonal, group, or single game ticket sales. Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills. Proficient in database and ticketing software. Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays. Desired Qualifications Master’s degree in related field from an accredited institution . Three years’ relevant experience. Experience in sales, premium hospitality, or revenue generation within a collegiate or professional sports setting. Experience launching or managing premium seating for new venue openings. Familiarity with Salesforce, Paciolan and PACfund platforms.   Working title may be negotiable based on experience. Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience, combined with an excellent benefits package.
