Job Description

Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, Juniata College invites applications for a full-time, twelve-month position of Head Men’s and Women’s Wrestling Coach with a starting salary of $55,000. Juniata is a co-educational, liberal arts college, highly regarded for its academic excellence, with an enrollment of 1,300 students. This position provides leadership and oversight of all aspects of the men’s and women’s wrestling programs, including recruiting, student-athlete development, practice and competition planning, budget management, and supervision of assistant coaches. The role will also assist in the development and oversight of the Glaeser Training Center, where both programs will train. Juniata is a founding member of the highly regarded Landmark Conference, which is committed to conducting intercollegiate athletics programs in a way that recognizes, as paramount, the centrality of the academic mission at each member institution. Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred. Knowledge and understanding of  NCAA  rules, regulations, and the Division  III  philosophy. Three to five years of collegiate coaching &/or playing experience preferred.
