Middle School SPED Inclusion Teacher / Boys Athletics Coach

• Location: Harpool Middle School - Denton ISD - Guyer HS Feeder

We are looking for a 6th–8th Grade SPED Inclusion Teacher and Boys Athletics Coach 

Coaching Assignment & Details

• Sports: 7th/8th Boys Football, 7th Grade Basketball, and 7th/8th Track & Field.

• Valid Texas teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement, or eligibility/enrollment in an approved Texas alternative certification pathway.

Major Responsibilities & Duties

Academic (SPED Inclusion)

• Collaborate with general education teachers to co-teach and implement IEP accommodations in 6th–8th grade settings.

• Maintain accurate records, compile necessary reports, and complete tasks required by the SPED department.

Athletic (Coaching)

• Instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training of football, basketball, and track.

• Maintain a positive role model environment emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and academic accountability.

• Assist Guyer High School Football
