Corrigan-Camden ISD is seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered coach to join our athletic staff as Co-Offensive Coordinator for the Varsity Football Program.

Corrigan-Camden has a long-standing tradition of success built on strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to developing young people both on and off the field. We are looking for a coach who brings energy, character, and a passion for helping student-athletes reach their full potential while continuing the proud tradition of Bulldog football.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as Co-Offensive Coordinator for the varsity football program
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing offensive schemes and game preparation
• Develop and mentor student-athletes in leadership, discipline, accountability, and character
• Collaborate effectively with coaching staff to support program goals and culture
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community
• Maintain high expectations for academics, conduct, and athletic performance
• Support athletic program operations and additional duties as assigned
• Coach additional athletic assignments as determined by program needs and individual strengths

Additional Coaching Responsibilities:
Second and third sport assignments will be determined based on the successful candidate’s strengths, experience, and overall fit within the athletic department.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas teaching certification or currently enrolled in an alternative certification program
• Teaching field: Open
• Coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• CDL or ability to obtain a CDL is required
• Commitment to creating a positive, kid-centered athletic experience
