Athletics Graphic Design Graduate Assistant | Wayne State Athletics

Detroit, Michigan, Wayne State Athletics is seeking a Graphic Design Graduate Assistant to lead the development of visual content across all varsity programs. This role is ideal for a designer who can execute at a high level, manage multiple projects, and help guide the overall look and feel of Warrior Athletics. Position Overview: Leads graphic design execution, manages creative requests, and oversees student design staff. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work in a fast-paced athletics environment. Reports to: Associate AD for Marketing and Brand Strategy Works closely with: Athletics Photography & Video GA, Marketing & Communications Staff Assistantships are considered primarily as a form of financial aid to help graduate students complete graduate school. Two year commitment with second year contingent on the graduate assistant moving forward to completing their graduate degree within the two year commitment. Compensation includes a stipend and tuition assistance: • Maximum of 18 credits at in-state tuition level per year for a maximum total of 36 credits over 2 years. • Maximum of $4,000 stipend per Fall and Winter semester
