Position: Offensive Line / Second Sport

Location: Victoria East High School (5AD1), Victoria, Texas

Victoria East High School is seeking a passionate, energetic, and relational offensive line coach.

Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy coach that loves developing players, and thrives on building strong, trusting relationships. This is more than a coaching job — it’s an opportunity to pour into young people, help them reach their full potential, and be part of a program that values people first.

Key Responsibilities

•  Responsible for teaching and implementing the scheme for the offensive line.

•  Develop players fundamentally, technically, and mentally

•  Build strong, authentic relationships with players, parents, and staff

•  Assist with special teams duties as needed

•  Help maintain a culture of discipline, accountability, and relentless effort

•  Support player academic progress and eligibility

•  Participate in off-season strength & conditioning, film study, scouting, and recruiting

•  Team player who works collaboratively with the entire coaching staff

•  Previous offensive line coaching experience preferred (high school or college)

•  Must meet all UIL and Victoria ISD coaching certification/employment requirements
