Assistant Wrestling - Frisco Lebanon Trail

Frisco Independent School District is seeking a motivated and student-focused Assistant Wrestling Coach at Lebanon Trail High School to support the development of a competitive, disciplined, and character-driven wrestling program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and running daily practices
• Support athlete development in technique, strength, and conditioning
• Coach athletes during dual meets, tournaments, and postseason events
• Help build a positive, accountable team culture
• Assist with program logistics, equipment, and supervision
• Promote academic success and student-athlete well-being

Qualifications

• Wrestling coaching experience preferred (high school or club level)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, rules, and safety practices
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Texas teaching certification in one of the following areas:
  • Composite Social Studies
  • Composite Science
  • Foreign Language
