Education and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred Experience Three to five years of tennis coaching experience in an educational setting College head coaching experience preferred Essential Functions Leadership and Collaboration Lead all aspects of the women’s tennis program Supervise assistant coaches and student workers Conduct hiring, training, evaluations, and discipline processes Collaborate with athletics staff and attend meetings Build relationships across campus and community Oversee practices and competitions Data, Technology, and Compliance Ensure compliance with NCAA and departmental policies Prepare statistics, reports, and documentation Coordinate communications with Athletic Communications Stakeholder and Institutional Support Support recruiting in collaboration with Enrollment and Financial Aid Monitor student-athlete academic performance Engage alumni and support fundraising initiatives Represent the College in meetings and events Serve as Game Manager as needed Participate in camps and clinics Operations and Technical Oversight Finalize team schedules Manage equipment distribution and return Coordinate with Athletic Trainer for injuries and conditioning Maintain and secure facilities Fiscal Oversight Maintain accurate financial records and submit reports promptly Strategic Planning and Sustainability Lead recruiting and retention strategies Enhance team competitiveness Support long-term program development Increase program visibility and engagement Other Additional duties may be assigned to support institutional goals and maintain a positive, respectful learning environment.
