Job Description

Atlanta, Georgia, Facilitate and coordinate building operations within an assigned facility. Includes coordination of building maintenance and repairs, office moves, delivery and installation of furniture and equipment., building access control and deliveries. This position will interact on a consistent basis with building occupants and visitors, department heads, contractors and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: contractors, vendors and visitors. Responsibilities Job Duty 1 - Manage building maintenance functions (both routine and emergency); ensure activities are carried out in a complete and timely manner. Job Duty 2 - Arrange for office moves within facility; ensure they are carried out as scheduled Job Duty 3 - Coordinate delivery and installation of building equipment Job Duty 4 - Maintain building access control system including card entry and office key management Job Duty 5 - Facilitate arrangements of special events scheduled for facility Job Duty 6 - Order building repair services as needed Job Duty 7 - Coordinate outside vendor/contractor services Job Duty 8 - Coordinate annual equipment inventory and maintain related records Job Duty 9 - Manage and update emergency preparedness plan for facility(facilities) and all related documents and procedures Job Duty 10 – Serve as primary event manager for assigned sports and provide assistance for others as needed **Perform other duties as assigned Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma Other Required Qualifications Valid Georgia Driver's License Work involves adherence to applicable safety precautions.  Typically requires lifting objects up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods of time.
