Hampden-Sydney, Virginia, Hampden-Sydney College is accepting applications for a Head Tennis Coach. Reporting to the Athletics Director, Head Tennis Coach supports the mission of the College by leading and managing all aspects of the College’s tennis program, developing and executing effective coaching strategies, recruiting talented athletes, overseeing team practices and games, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the program. Head Tennis Coach provides the strategic oversight of the department and supervision, guidance, and leadership to Assistant Tennis Coaches. Serves as Campus Security Authority as outlined by the Clery Act. Bachelor’s degree, with minimum of 3 years’ prior coaching experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.
