Job Description

Cleburne High School is seeking a Head Baseball Coach to lead and develop student-athletes on and off the field.  Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing player development, managing and supporting staff, maintaining a strong culture and growing positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and the Cleburne community.

Qualifications:

  • Head Coaching experience preferred
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of UIL baseball rules, techniques, and strategies
  • Valid teaching certification in a core subject area
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one

Compensation:

  • Teaching salary based on district schedule
  • Additional coaching stipend
