Offensive Coordinator/Asst HC - Best Fit 2nd Sport

Wharton ISD is seeking a dynamic, driven, and student-centered Offensive Coordinator/Asst HC to join the Wharton Tigers athletic program. As we transition into 3A Division I District 11, we are looking for a coach who is ready to lead, develop, and compete at a high level while building meaningful relationships with student-athletes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Offensive Coordinator for the Wharton Tigers football program
• Design and implement an effective offensive system
• Develop student-athletes both on and off the field
• Collaborate with coaching staff to build a competitive, disciplined program

Coaching Opportunities (2nd Sport – Best Fit):

• Powerlifting (Head Coach potential)
• Track
• Baseball (Head Coach potential)

Teaching Assignment:

• In-School Suspension (ISS)

Additional Requirements:

• CDL certification or willingness to obtain over the summer
