Hillsboro ISD – Head Golf Coach

Hillsboro ISD is seeking a qualified, student-centered leader to serve as Head Golf Coach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a commitment to academic and athletic excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the high school golf program

• Promote academic achievement and monitor student-athlete eligibility

• Ensure compliance with UIL rules and district policies

• Foster a positive, inclusive culture for student-athletes and staff

• Willing to coach additional sports as well.  

Work Schedule:
Hillsboro ISD has a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
