Assistant Football / Assistant Softball Coach – English Teacher. High-energy coach/teacher to develop student‑athletes on the field and in the classroom; must model Allen ISD standards, build relationships, and collaborate within a 6A program.

• Role summary
  • Assistant Football Coach (Freshman or JV who can also work serve as a Varsity coach)
  • Assistant Softball Coach
  • English teacher (High School English).
• Key responsibilities
  • Develop position group and support development of Allen Eagle Football program.
  • Assist softball HC with skill development, practice plans, scouting.
  • Teach English with an emphasis on literacy, writing, and classroom management.
  • Build relationships with students and families in alignment with Allen HS values (Excellence, Resilience, Unity).
• Preferred qualifications
  • Valid Texas English teaching cert (or ability to get certified in English).
  • HS coaching experience (6A preferred).
  • Film breakdown and data tools (ANSRS, Hudl, etc.).
  • Multi-sport collaboration mindset.
