Tom Bean High School Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Tom Bean High School as an Assistant Coach with an open teaching position.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can inspire and motivate our students both in the classroom and on the field. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the head coach in developing and implementing coaching strategies.

2. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to athletes to enhance their skills.

3. Monitor the academic performance of student-athletes in addition to their athletic progress.

4. Teach assigned classes and prepare lesson plans in accordance with school curriculum.

5. Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom and promote student engagement.

6. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.

7. Adhere to all school policies, rules, and regulations.

Certifications: Applicants must hold relevant certifications in coaching and teaching. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff.
