Assistant Boys Soccer Coach

Jordan High School is seeking a certified teacher to serve as an Assistant Boys Soccer Coach. This position plays a key role in supporting a high‑level program competing in Katy ISD 6A.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and running practices, matches, and player development

• Support academic monitoring and uphold eligibility standards

• Contribute to scouting, film review, and match preparation

• Help lead offseason training and conditioning

• Maintain strong communication with athletes, families, and staff

• Teach a core academic subject as part of the full‑time role

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in a core subject

• Coaching experience or competitive soccer background preferred

• Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals, tactics, and team culture

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
