The focus of this role is to help lead, manage, create a best in class padel experience for our members and guests, paired with off-court responsibilities in program growth and community building. The Head Padel Professional develops, promotes, and supervises padel programs for adults, children, and seniors, including instruction, tournaments, leagues, and junior programs. This role is central to establishing XCEL Padel as a premier destination for the sport, maximizing court utilization, and acting as an ambassador for the club among members and guests.
