Austin Independent School District is seeking applicants for the position of Co-Athletic Trainers at Lyndon B. Johnson High School. LBJ is classified as a 4A Division allowing athletic trainers the ability for a sustainable work to live balance. In addition to working with a supportive team of coaches, the athletic trainers have the support of the Department of Athletic Trainers within the District Athletic Office to assist with policy and procedure implementation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A four year degree, current Texas Athletic Trainer License, and instructor certification in CPR and first aid is required. A masters degree, current credentials from the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer, sports medicine I and II instructor certification, and five (5) years of experience in athletic training at the high school level is preferred.
