Rochelle School is a PreK-12 1A school in central Texas (a 10-minute drive from Brady, Texas). Our total enrollment is a little over 200 students annually. We are a small rural school built on traditional country values. Our students perform very well on state assessments and in extracurricular activities. Rochelle ISD uses an innovative 4-day workweek model; teachers and students have off all Fridays with the exception of the first Friday each month! Rochelle ISD is the first school in Region 15 that applied for and was approved to receive Teacher Incentive Allotment performance funding that recognizes the efforts of effective, master teachers. The district has provided over one million dollars to teachers via the TIA Program.
