Position Overview The General Manager is the cultural and operational heart of the club, the people-first leader who builds a community where every club member, guest, and team member knows they belong. The General Manager ensures that operations behind that experience performs. This role requires both care for people and accountability for results. In this role you will guide and develop a team, own the club’s performance, and foster a culture rooted in engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
