Job Summary:
Mount Calm ISD is looking for an energetic Head Volleyball Coach to lead our programs with integrity, dedication, and competitive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Head Coach for the district’s volleyball program.
- Plan, organize, and implement effective practices, game strategies, and off-season programs.
- Ensure compliance with all UIL, district, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, administrators, and the community.
- Promote success in the class room and leadership development among student-athletes.
Qualifications:
- Prior volleyball coaching experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UIL rules and athletic program operations.
- Commitment to building relationships and a positive school culture.
- Ability to motivate and develop positive relationships with student-athletes at all levels.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain a CDL.
