In early 2007, Brie Rippner founded RippnerTennis following her retirement from a successful professional tennis career that saw her achieve rankings of #57 in Women’s Singles and #92 in Women’s Doubles. Her vision for RippnerTennis was to break down barriers and make tennis accessible, inclusive, and affordable for individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels.

Today, RippnerTennis proudly serves the greater Travis and Williamson Counties, with facilities located at the South Austin Tennis Center, Pharr Tennis Center, and Williamson County Tennis Center. These venues are open to the public, and we do not impose any membership fees. We offer a wide array of over 300 classes each week, all available at reasonable, a la carte prices.

Our coaching team consists of elite professionals with unparalleled expertise, enabling us to cater to individuals of all ages and proficiency levels. Whether you’re a newcomer to the sport or a seasoned athlete, aged 3 or above, seeking tennis for social interaction, fitness, or competitive enhancement, everyone is warmly welcomed.

Position Overview We are seeking an operationally independent, energetic   Branch Manager   to lead daily operations at one of our premier tennis centers. You will oversee court programming, facility management, program delivery, and staff leadership while ensuring our core values of health, community, and inclusivity are reflected on every court. Key Responsibilities Program & Schedule Management:   Oversee execution, enrollment, ratios, and fill rates across junior/adult semester programs (JSP/ASP), camps, clinics, and mixers.
