Howe ISD is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered leader to serve as the Head Baseball Coach . The ideal candidate will build a competitive program while emphasizing character development, academic success, and community pride. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the high school baseball program Develop and implement offseason, in-season, and summer training programs Foster a positive culture focused on discipline, accountability, and teamwork Oversee middle school alignment and program development Monitor student-athlete academic progress and eligibility Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration Organize schedules, travel, equipment, and budgeting needs Ensure compliance with UIL rules and district policies Qualifications Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (subject area TBD) CDL or willingness to obtain Previous coaching experience preferred (head coaching experience a plus)...

This will be an assistant Football/Baseball or Basketball position with 2 athletic periods and a conference. We are flexible with positions desired. It will be coaching only two sports. A CDL is required for this opportunity or willing to obtain before the school year begins. Howe is a growing community that is 40 minutes South of Lake Texoma.
