Seeking an organized, hard-working coach who is passionate about investing in student-athletes and building a strong program culture.   Qualifications: Grades 9-12   Knowledge of teaching and developing softball fundamentals Previous playing and/or coaching experience at the high school level Ability to work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively Growth mindset with a desire to continue developing the game     Must be committed to developing young women both on and off the field.
