The Cleveland Skating Club is seeking an energetic, passionate, and service-oriented Assistant Director of Tennis Player Development to join our Racquet Sports team. This individual will work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports to develop, coordinate, and deliver exceptional tennis programming for both junior and adult members. The Assistant Director will play a key role in increasing member engagement by creating innovative instructional programs, clinics, leagues, tournaments, camps, and special events that enhance the overall member experience. This position combines on-court instruction, program development, event coordination, administrative responsibilities, and racquet services while helping foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy tennis community.
