The Assistant Tennis Professionals at Richland Country Club are responsible for:
● Cultivating, teaching and retaining members by helping them reach their full tennis potential through private lessons and clinics.
● Displaying efficiency in billing, tennis court booking logistics, tournaments and events.
● Understanding the latest products in the tennis world and how they can help our members in the pursuit of their goals and how the Richland Tennis pro shop can serve them in that way.
● Creating new and exciting ways to engage a vibrant membership through tennis at a high-end facility by developing a plan and seeing it to fruition.
● Assisting the Director of Tennis in strategic planning (event creation, budgeting, staffing) to make Richland the premiere club in the Southeast.
● Leading hourly and service staff by example and striving to make every member of the Richland Tennis staff more efficient and fulfilled.
