Position Overview The Head Volleyball Coach will be responsible for the overall leadership, organization, and success of the volleyball program in grades 7–12 . This position requires a collaborative leader who can mentor assistant coaches, foster a positive team culture, and ensure compliance with all district, UIL, and board policies. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.
