Fairfax Racquet Club is seeking an energetic, dependable tennis professional to join our year-round coaching team. The foundation of this hourly position will be regularly scheduled Junior Program group classes. The club will also help qualified coaches build and coordinate a schedule of private lessons, adult clinics, camps, and other teaching opportunities around those core hours. This position is ideal for a coach seeking consistent programming hours and the opportunity to develop a substantial year-round teaching schedule within an active racquet club. Looking for enthusiastic instructors to join our junior tennis program, primarily working with young players in red ball classes. Responsibilities include leading fun, egaging tennis activities for beginner and developing players, assisting with group classes, and helping manage rotations on court while creating a positive and supportive environment for kids. Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, are energetic, reliable, and team-oriented. Coaching experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
