Lake Dallas ISD is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven educator to serve as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Lake Dallas High School. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong character, a commitment to developing student-athletes, and the ability to positively contribute to a championship culture within the Falcon athletic program. Experience with Pitchers preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of the high school baseball program; especially Pitching.
Support the Head Baseball Coach in daily operations, practice planning, player development, scouting, and game preparation
Promote academic success, character development, discipline, and sportsmanship among student-athletes
Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, faculty, and the community
