Job Summary: As a Assistant Racquets Professional at BTT, will support and contribute to the development of our racquet sports programs, with a focus on tennis and pickleball. This role includes leading junior and adult clinics, conducting private lessons, supporting events and player evaluations, and assisting with program planning and member engagement. This is a growth-oriented position to designed with a path to develop into a Head Racquet Sports progressional role with demonstrated performance. You will work closely with the General Manager and Head Pro to build coaching experience, leadership skills, and program impact.
