We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Girls Volleyball Coach to lead and grow our volleyball program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court, while fostering a strong, unified program built on collaboration, consistency, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the high school girls volleyball program.
Develop and implement a clear vision that emphasizes vertical alignment with the junior high program to ensure consistency in skills, terminology, and expectations.
Work collaboratively with junior high coaches to build a cohesive developmental pipeline for student-athletes.
Foster a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture.
