Position Overview The Hightower High School Volleyball Program is seeking a passionate, energetic, and growth-minded Varsity Assistant / JV,  or Freshman Volleyball Coach who is committed to continuing the development and advancement of our volleyball program. This position is ideal for a coach who aspires to become a head coach in the near future and is eager to grow under the mentorship of a veteran head coach within a competitive and values-driven athletic department. We are specifically seeking a transformational coach — one who is intentional about developing student-athletes not only in skill and performance, but also in character, leadership, discipline, and accountability.
