Galena Park High School is seeking a dynamic, high-character leader to serve as the Head Boys’ Basketball Coach, overseeing and developing the entire boys’ basketball program from 7th grade through 12th grade. This position requires a coach who is passionate about building a competitive program, developing student-athletes on and off the court, and creating strong alignment across all levels.
The selected candidate will also serve as a Special Education Teacher, with potential opportunities for other teaching assignments as they become available.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the boys’ basketball program (7th–12th grade)
Establish and implement a clear program philosophy, culture, and development system
Coordinate and mentor middle school and high school coaching staff
