Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all sport teams ( in-season, off-season, and pre-season). Supervise training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to maximize efforts and prevent injury. Conduct assessments and evaluations to track athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed. Provide basic nutritional guidelines and advice as they pertain to athletic development and recovery. Bachelor's degree and NSCA, CSCS or equivalent certification preferred 210 contract / Pay Grade AD3

Strong leadership and solid communication skills to foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, academic success to align within the Panther Athletics Program. This positions teaching field is open, we will work with the right candidate to find a position that is suitable within the district.
