Lamar HS is seeking a championship level head girls soccer coach. The team is loaded with talent. We have won district 3 consecutive seasons and made it to the regional finals (4th round) in 2025. Currently, we are led by an interim head coach. Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all sport teams ( in-season, off-season, and pre-season). Supervise training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to maximize efforts and prevent injury. Conduct assessments and evaluations to track athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed. Provide basic nutritional guidelines and advice as they pertain to athletic development and recovery. Bachelor's degree and NSCA, CSCS or equivalent certification preferred 210 contract / Pay Grade AD3 

Must Be currently certified to teach something Must be able to get certified to drive a bus.
