The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the Head Coach in leading a successful, competitive volleyball program. Duties include helping run practices, preparing for games, developing players, and assisting with daily program operations while maintaining a positive, growth‑focused team culture.
Requirements:
Certified to teach in a core content area
Coaching or competitive volleyball experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
Ideal Candidate: A positive, organized educator‑coach who supports student‑athletes academically and athletically while contributing to ongoing program success.

We are looking for someone who can come in and assist in the continued growth our different sports programs. We have great student-athletes and coaches along with a tremendously supporting administration.
Our pay is at or above the surrounding areas ($70K for 5 years experience) and we are also located in an area that is growing at a fast rate. We are considered a hyper growth district.
Close enough to Houston to get to anything and everything that you may need, but far enough to enjoy country living! There are numerous new subdivisions throughout our district for someone wishing to become a new homeowner or to just relocate. New HS being built beginning this summer.
We currently only have PE available at the JH level and this will be JH teaching and coaching on the girls side. We may have other teaching fields as the year progresses.
