This position provides leadership for all athletic programs, ensures UIL compliance, and promotes a positive, team-centered culture that supports student success. Coaching assignment is open and may include multiple sports based on experience and district needs. Teaching field is also open and will be matched to certification and campus needs. Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all sport teams ( in-season, off-season, and pre-season). Supervise training sessions, ensuring athletes perform exercises with proper form and technique to maximize efforts and prevent injury. Conduct assessments and evaluations to track athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed. Provide basic nutritional guidelines and advice as they pertain to athletic development and recovery. Bachelor's degree and NSCA, CSCS or equivalent certification preferred 210 contract / Pay Grade AD3
