Assistant Boys Basketball Coach / SpEd ICS Teacher
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Assistant Boys Basketball Coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, and a willingness to support the head coach in all aspects of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices, games, and team activities
Provide positive mentorship and foster a supportive team environment
Help develop players’ fundamental basketball skills, sportsmanship, and character
Support game-day operations, including setup, strategy execution, and player management
Encourage academic success and personal growth among student-athletes
Maintain open communication with players, parents, and school staff
