The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the game and a solid basketball foundation, with the ability to teach fundamentals and support program development. This coach must be committed to motivating, mentoring, and building relationships with all athletes while promoting a positive team culture. Responsibilities include assisting with practices, game preparation, skill development, and supporting the head coach in all aspects of the program.
