Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. Mesquite ISD high school swim program is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Swim Coach  to support the continued growth and development of our student-athletes. This role involves assisting with daily practices, supporting meet operations, helping build positive team culture, and contributing to the overall success of the program.
