Gainesville High School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Head Girls Basketball Coach to lead and grow our program at all levels. This position requires a passionate educator and coach who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court while building a strong, unified program from youth leagues through the high school level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive girls basketball program that aligns all levels (youth, junior high, and high school)
Foster a disciplined, structured environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship
Create a positive, fun, and inclusive culture that encourages participation from all female student-athletes
Plan and conduct effective practices, game strategies, and offseason development programs
