Mesquite ISD high school swim program is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Swim Coach  to support the continued growth and development of our student-athletes. This role involves assisting with daily practices, supporting meet operations, helping build positive team culture, and contributing to the overall success of the program. The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, organized, and proactive, with a passion for working with student-athletes and developing swimmers both in and out of the water.
