Colmesneil ISD is seeking a dynamic Athletic Director / Head Football Coach to lead and grow a competitive Bulldog athletic program. Responsibilities include overseeing all district athletic programs while serving as the head varsity football coach. The successful candidate will build a strong athletic culture, ensure UIL compliance, supervise coaching staff, and develop student-athletes both academically and athletically.
Qualifications
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (or ability to obtain)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of UIL rules and regulations
Prior head coaching and/or athletic administration experience preferred
3 years successful coaching experience
Teaching field: Based on district needs. Salary: Commensurate with experience
