Head Girls Volleyball Coach / Teacher at Crosby High School  We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Girls Volleyball Coach to lead and grow our volleyball program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court, while fostering a strong, unified program built on collaboration, consistency, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the high school girls volleyball program. Develop and implement a clear vision that emphasizes vertical alignment with the junior high program to ensure consistency in skills, terminology, and expectations. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including developing training and game plans, managing assistant coaches, and ensuring student athletes are eligible and adhere to school and UIL rules . Key duties include coordinating practices and games, teaching skills and strategy, promoting sportsmanship, and maintaining communication with students, parents, and the school administration. The coach must also manage the budget and care for equipment and facilities.
