Varsity Assistant Basketball / Assistant Volleyball Coach – Lebanon Trail High School (Frisco ISD)
Lebanon Trail High School is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Varsity Assistant Basketball / Assistant Volleyball Coach to support two programs and contribute to a strong, unified athletic culture. This position will work closely with head coaches to develop student-athletes and promote excellence on and off the court.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of the basketball and volleyball programs at the varsity and sub-varsity levels
Support practice planning, game preparation, and skill development
Help implement program vision and expectations set by the head coaches
Build positive relationships with student-athletes while promoting accountability and team culture
Assist with scouting, film breakdown, and opponent preparation
Support offseason training, strength and conditioning, and program development
