The assistant organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities and exercises as instructed by the head coach and assists in determining game strategy. The candidate must be a highly effective classroom teacher and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Prior knowledge of a Spread Offense is a plus.  Teaching Field: OPEN. Coordinate the program 7th grade thru 12th grade with total control of the scheme.  Performance Coordinator is much like an associate head with responsibilities being the student athlete performance in the class room as well as tracking the weight room progress, and recruiting.  Head Powerlifting responsibility for the boys side , as well as head track coach for the boys side.  Alba Golden is a 4 day a week school with Fridays off.  We work 1 Friday a month This is a great opportunity to gain build a strong defense with some admin responsibilities.
