The  Tennis Pro  is responsible for organizing and managing tennis programs, attracting new members, providing lessons, operating the pro shop (if applicable), maintaining courts, and scheduling lessons, tournaments, and court time. College degree or comparable work experience. Previous experience as a Tennis Lead or Supervisor. Strong, experienced, and successful tennis player. Teaching certification from USTA or USPTA. Experience promoting and managing diverse programs, events, classes, and leagues. Experience with budget development and financial management. Effective leadership skills and strong work ethic.
