Elementary PE / HS Coach - 1 sport

Tyler Independent School District is seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Softball Coach to join the athletic program at Tyler Legacy High School . This individual will assist in building a competitive softball program while supporting the academic and personal development of student-athletes. The teaching assignment will be based on district needs. Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Head Softball Coach in all aspects of the program (7th–12th grade alignment preferred) Help plan, organize, and conduct practices, games, and offseason programs Support strength and conditioning initiatives in coordination with athletic staff Promote athlete development, sportsmanship, and UIL compliance Assist with scouting, film breakdown, and game preparation Maintain positive relationships with athletes, parents, staff, and community Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and support “Successful Student Outcomes” Qualifications: Valid Texas Teaching...
