We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven leader to build and grow our girls’ softball program. In a small-school setting, the Head Coach plays a vital role not just in athletics, but in shaping school culture, mentoring students, and connecting with the community. This position follows guidelines set by the University Interscholastic League (UIL). Really flexible coaching assignment that will greatly depend on the candidates strengths. Possible coaching duties are listed below. Santo ISD is a highly sought out school district. Our community is rapidly growing however, our expectations and small town feel isn't changing. Santo ISD will be a TIA school district. Must have a CDL.
