The ideal candidate will be great at making relationships and have s strong knowledge of the sport.  Key Responsibilities Scheme & Strategy: Design and implement a highly competitive scheme.  Player Development: Teach fundamental soccer skills, position-specific techniques, and soccer intelligence to student-athletes. Academic & Character Mentorship: Monitor the academic progress of  players and actively promote discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership.
